Computerization of Consumer Commissions

confonet.nic.in) offers citizen an interface for
accessing cause lists and judgment copies. On
June 20, 2022, the Minister of Food, Civil Sup-

launched an online portal named e-Daakhil to
further bolster the system and receive consumer
complaints online.
